3. Bookings and Estimates
- All estimates are provided free of charge and are subject to final on-site inspection.
- Scheduled appointments may be changed or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Same-day and emergency services are subject to technician availability.
4. Service Guarantee
All residential rat control treatments include a 100% service guarantee. If rats return between scheduled visits, we will re-treat the affected areas free of charge. The guarantee does not cover property damage or re-infestations caused by structural changes made by the customer or third parties.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at booking.
- Recurring prevention plans are billed per scheduled visit.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to all areas requiring inspection and treatment.
- Inform us of any pets, children, or medical conditions that may be affected by treatments.
- Disclose any known structural issues, prior treatments, or wildlife concerns.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rat Control Chicago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
